Can your products be taken onto the aircraft (hand baggage)?

For flights departing within the EU as well as connecting flights from Europe, restrictions now apply when taking our products on board the aircraft. These restrictions also apply to all domestic flights within Germany.

The following applies: liquid and gel-type products, for example drinks, cosmetic articles and sprays, may be carried in hand baggage provided that they comply with the following regulations: The capacity of containers for liquids and similar products must not exceed 100 ml (the maximum capacity printed on the container applies). All individual containers must be transported in their entirety in a transparent, re-sealable, plastic zipper-type bag with a maximum capacity of one litre.
One bag is permitted per person. The bag must be presented separately during the security check. Articles and bags which do not comply with these requirements may not be taken on board.

On the basis of the above guidelines, the following articles from our range may be carried in hand baggage:

Aqua Spray 50 ml
Sprays 20 ml
Sprays 100 ml
Tubes 20 + 50 ml

The following articles may not be taken on board as their capacity exceeds 100 ml:

Drinks cans 200 ml & 250 ml
Drinks bottles 500 ml
Dispensers 300 ml

Naturally, these articles may be carried in normal check-in baggage. These regulations apply exclusively to hand baggage.

Who are our customers?

We sell exclusively to retailers. We forward all inquiries from end customers to the local retailer. We support our strictly neutral distribution with neutral catalogues, on which the retailer can stick or stamp his name and adress in a provided field.

Are all legal rules and regulations observed (food / cosmetics regulations)?

As a matter of course! All products are produced according to the European and German regulations.

Made in Germany?

Yes, all products are Made in Germany. Few components are purchased from European suppliers, under most careful consideration of highest quality- and production rules.
