Declaration of principle on compliance with human rights
in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains of July 16, 2021
Sanders Imagetools is aware of its responsibility as a company with international business relationships and is therefore committed to improving human rights standards along our supply chains worldwide and to making its business relationship socially responsible for all parties involved with a view to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Globalization and technological progress are leading to an ever-increasing interdependence of international markets, which brings with it both opportunities and challenges. The development of new markets and production sites creates jobs and prosperity in the countries of origin. At the same time, care must be taken to ensure that internationally recognized human rights are respected in the supply chains and that there is no lack of transparency in their enforcement.
We, Sanders Imagetools, are committed to respecting, protecting and upholding the human rights of individuals.
We stand by this responsibility as a company, regardless of the ability or willingness of states to fulfill their obligation to protect human rights.
Sanders Imagetools is setting up a risk management system to identify human rights violations within the supply chain in good time and eliminate them effectively. Based on a risk analysis, measures are taken to identify human rights violations in advance and proactively eliminate them where possible.
Sanders Imagetools believes that this includes paying fair wages, working towards appropriate working conditions on site and preventing the exploitation of children.
For us, equal rights for all are a matter of course and we do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender, descent, race, language, home country and origin, faith, religious or political beliefs or disability. We expressly speak out against any use of physical, sexual and psychological violence and harassment. We reject corruption as well as child and forced labor and human trafficking.
Sanders Imagetools is committed to adhering to these guidelines and trains its employees to live these values in the company. This begins with the conscious awareness of violations of these principles, which are addressed and dealt with via defined processes and then lead to appropriate measures for the company. This also applies to information from third parties.
